- Installation: Ensure the robot is placed on a flat, stable surface with sufficient clearance (minimum 2m radius) for arm movement.
- Power Connection: Plug into a grounded 220V/380V power source with surge protection.
- Software Configuration:
Connect to the Pallerizer Control Panel via Wi-Fi/Ethernet.

- Startup Sequence:
1. Press the "Power On" button and wait for system initialization (≈30 seconds).
2. Confirm sensors and cameras are calibrated using the auto-diagnostic tool.
- Loading Materials:
- Place products on the conveyor belt with consistent orientation.
- Ensure boxes are sealed and labeled for optimal scanning.
- Run Cycle:
1. Press "Start" to begin automated palletizing.
2. Monitor real-time data (e.g., speed, error alerts) on the control panel.
- Pallet Handling:
- Use the integrated forklift guide to align pallets precisely.
- Replace empty pallets promptly to maintain workflow.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Daily Checks:
- Clean dust from sensors and mechanical arms.
- Inspect conveyor belt alignment and lubricate moving parts weekly.
- Error Resolution:
- Error Code E01: Jammed conveyor → Clear obstructions and reset.
- Error Code E03: Low gripper pressure → Adjust pneumatic settings.
- Firmware Updates: Install quarterly updates via the cloud to optimize performance.
Safety Precautions
⚠️ **Never** stand within the robot’s operational radius during active cycles.
⚠️ Wear protective gear (gloves, safety glasses) when performing maintenance.
⚠️ Emergency Stop buttons are located on both the control panel and robot base.
⚠️ Avoid exposing the system to extreme temperatures (<-10°C / >40°C) or humidity (>80%).
