Introduction of Dry Powder Mortar Production Line

Production line composition
Raw material storage: small steel silos are used to store cement, fly ash and other powdered materials, with a storage capacity of 5-10 tons, and equipped with a level meter to monitor the inventory in real time. For sand materials, simple brick-concrete hoppers or small steel structure silos are used, with a volume of about 10-20 cubic meters, which can meet short-term production needs.
Mixing and mixing: horizontal ribbon mixers are used, and the mixing drum volume is 1-3 cubic meters. With the rotation of the positive and negative ribbons, the materials are evenly mixed within 10-15 minutes, and the mixing uniformity can reach more than 95%, ensuring stable product quality.
Conveying and packaging: screw conveyors are used to transport materials, and the mixed mortar is smoothly transported to the packaging station. Semi-automatic valve bag packaging machines are mostly used in the packaging process, and manual bagging, and the equipment automatically completes filling and metering. The packaging speed is relatively slow, but it can adapt to the rhythm of small-scale production.
